At Six Stories, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original Six Stories packaging, ensuring the hygiene seals and tags are fully intact.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
